Successfully represented a trust beneficiary in an action to compel a distribution. The trustee refused to make a distribution to the trust beneficiary on the grounds that the bequest lapsed. Successfully obtained a court order determining that the California anti-lapse statute applied to bequest making the trust beneficiary a one-quarter beneficiary of the trust estate.
Successfully represented 4 of 5 beneficiaries against Trustee in an action for breach of fiduciary duty and concealment of trust assets.

Successfully represented a trust beneficiary in filing a petition to confirm validity of trust and for breach of fiduciary duty. The trust was confirmed, the trustee was required to return assets which he misappropriated to the trust and distribution was made to the trust beneficiaries.
