  • Estate of Ross (Nevada)
Successfully defended the executrix/trustee in a trust and will contest brought by sole heir of decedent in a $16,000,000 trust estate.

  • Estate of Brown (California)
Successfully represented the trustee and executor against a trust and will contest which alleged undue influence, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Successfully represented the trustee in an action for the return of real property to the trust.

Successfully represented a trust beneficiary in filing a petition to confirm validity of trust and for breach of fiduciary duty. The trust was confirmed, the trustee was required to return assets which he misappropriated to the trust and distribution was made to the trust beneficiaries.

Successfully defended the executor in an action brought to remove executor for breach of fiduciary duty

  • Estate of Reed (Nevada)

Obtained judgment for two brothers against a third brother for return of real and personal property to the estate, transferred to third brother during father's lifetime

  • Keller Trust (California)

Successfully defended a successor trustee against a contest to the validity of the trust amendments. Represented the successor trustee in filing a petition to determine assets of the trust which resulted in the determination that certain real property was a trust asset.
