We handle business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business fraud, real estate, lender liability, consumer protection issues, and insurance disputes. We are accomplished courtroom advocates successfully handling lawsuits at every phase of litigation, from filing complaints to crafting summary judgment motions to handling the appeals process. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters, and our clients range from individuals to businesses and corporations. Our experience covers state, federal and appellate actions in California and Nevada and includes a variety of matters.
Business Litigation: We represent a variety of parties in general business litigation. We are experienced in handling business contractual disputes including purchase and sale agreements, corporate acquisitions, real estate purchase agreements, and disputes over agreements with suppliers, vendors, customers and distributors. We have handled and tried numerous cases involving business torts, unfair and deceptive business practice claims, shareholder derivative suits, corporate governance disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, lost profits litigation, and partnership and corporate disputes.
Real Estate Litigation: We are experienced in handling commercial and residential real estate disputes. We regularly represent commercial landlords with commercial leasing and commercial lease disputes involving claims for breaches of lease, tenant defaults and other commercial landlord tenant disputes. We represent individuals and business with the acquisition and sale of real estate, including matters involving breach of purchase agreements, lender and financing disputes and other torts in connection with the sale and purchase of real estate.
Probate and Trust Litigation: We provide our clients with skilled legal representation in resolving a broad range of estate and trust disputes. We represent heirs, executors and other estate administrators, trust beneficiaries, and trustees in litigating trust and estate disputes. We represent clients in disputes concerning wills, trusts, or estate tax liability including suits to enforce the terms of a trust, challenges to the administration of a trust, actions to determine the interest of the beneficiaries and challenges to, or defending, accountings. We also routinely litigate actions challenging the validity of a will or trust including allegation of fraud, undue influence and mental incapacity.
