Mr. Blut is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, trust and estate litigation and estate planning law. Mr. Blut has extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal cases in California and Nevada.
Mr. Blut attended the University of California, San Diego, earning a B.A. in political science in 1989. He received his J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1992. He is a member of the state bars of California and Nevada. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Courts for Nevada and U.S. Tax Court.
